Meditation Exercise

Meditation is the key to mindfulness.  Every day we confront numerous distractions but meditation helps center ourselves and allows us to focus within.

Concentrate on your breathing.
Mindful walking is a basic but effective way of learning awareness.
Breath in slowly through your nose and out slowly through your mouth
Your pace should be relaxing and feel comfortable.
As your body enters a calm state start to let go of your thoughts.
Your goal is to live in just the present moment.
Do not allow your thoughts to focus on the past or the future.
Focus on here and now.
Just be Present
